North Carolina Advocates Come Together to Launch Piedmont Rising
New group will share North Carolinians’ health care stories, address access to affordable health care
RALEIGH, N.C. — November 14, 2019 — Today, Piedmont Rising, a new grassroots issue advocacy organization run by and for North Carolinians, will bring together statewide leaders and advocates to launch a major campaign to support lowering drug costs and insurance premiums, and ensuring that more people have access to safe and affordable health care.
